All material on Math-Drills.com is original work that is copyright and subject to our terms of use. The spirit of the terms of use is to allow use by educators and their own students and to disallow use by commercial enterprises.
Use of Math-Drills.com Math Worksheets by Students, Teachers, Educators, Parents and Researchers
Math-Drills.com math worksheets may be downloaded, printed, copied and used:
- by any individual student for the purposes of learning or practicing math;
- by any public school teacher or educator for use in their own classroom(s) and/or with their assigned students;
- by any private school teacher or educator for use in their own classroom(s) and/or with their assigned students;
- by any parent, relative or friend of a student for the purposes of helping the student learn or practice math;
- by any teacher or educator in an alternative education program, adult education program, special needs education program, prison education program or similar program with their assigned students;
- by any private or volunteer tutor for use with a student under their tutelage;
- by any student or researcher of an accredited university, college or similar institution for the purposes of a research study.
All individuals using Math-Drills.com math worksheets are subject to the following terms:
- attribution to Math-Drills.com must either be retained on each worksheet or made in some other way if the worksheet is modified (see next item);
- worksheets may be modified to include additional content, to create new worksheets using select questions, or to create collections of worksheets as long as it is done by a student, teacher, educator, parent or researcher for one of the purposes detailed previously in these terms;
- no costs may be associated with using Math-Drills.com math worksheets individually or as a collection;
- electronic copies of worksheets must be deleted when no longer used;
- worksheets may NOT be uploaded and made publicly available anywhere other than Math-Drills.com;
- worksheets MAY be uploaded and made available on private systems as long as it is done by a student, teacher, educator, parent or researcher for one of the purposes detailed previously in these terms;
- while navigating the Math-Drills.com website, users may not block ads as they are the sole source of funding for the website and the development of new math worksheets;
- as copyrighted works, it should go without saying that no entity other than Math-Drills.com may claim any Math-Drills.com worksheet as their own work.
Other Uses of Math-Drills.com Math Worksheets
Math-Drills.com math worksheets may not be used for purposes other than those previously detailed without explicit permission from the website owner.
